The
mission of the church is to preach the gospel of
Christ, who died for the salvation of mankind. Jesus
said to his apostles: Go into all the world
and preach the good news to all creation.
(Mark 16:15).
Jesus
has given the task of evangelism to all christians,
namely to spread the gospel so that Gods will
be done God...wants all men to be saved
and to come to a knowledge of the truth. (I
Timothy 2:4)
The
word gospel derives from the Greek evangelion
and means good news. Now, brothers,
I want to remind you of the gospel,...that Christ
died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that
he was buried, that he was raised on the third day
according to the Scriptures... (I
Corinthians 15:1-4)
The
good news rests in the sacrifice of Christ In
Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness
of our sins, in accordance with the riches of Gods
grace.. (Ephesians 1:7),
and further in the greatest hope: ..the
gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our
Lord (Romans 6:23)
Evangelism
is essential to believe in and to obtain salvation
How, then, can they call on the one they
have not believed in? And how can they believe in
the one of whom they have not heard? And how can
they hear without someone preaching to them? And
how can they preach unless they are sent?
" (Romans 10:14)
This
is a joy and at the same time a responsibility for
all christians: to share and make known to all the
treasure of the gospel and salvation in the name
of Jesus. The awareness of knowing and the desire
to spread the good news unites us in feeling to
Peter and John For we cannot help speaking
about what we have seen and heard. (Acts
4:20).
Because
of this, we would be happy to meet with you to proclaim
also to you the good news. We
invite you to our meetings and/or to contact
us by phone at 328-3667262
